Top Seals

TS134 is a high-gloss, high-solid polyurethane top seal, which can be easily sprayed with airless as well as conventional equipment.

TS134 provides a top seal to protect the intumescent coating while also providing an outstanding aesthetic finish to the steelwork. This product has excellent flow and application properties which provides a smooth, durable and easy to clean surface. It is tested with a range of Nullifire intumescent basecoats and primers.

TS815 Solvent-Based Acrylic Top Seal is an eggshell decorative top seal. It is primarily for use with Nullifire intumescent basecoats on internal or external steelwork.

Provides a top seal to protect the intumescent coating while also providing an outstanding aesthetic finish to the steelwork.

TS816 Water-Based Acrylic Top Seal is a waterborne, acrylic eggshell decorative top seal. It is primarily for use with Nullifire intumescent basecoats on internal steelwork. Suitable for internal and semi-exposed environments.

TS819 Top Seal is a solvent based, 2-pack polyurethane top seal based on aromatic hydrocarbon and glycol ester solvents.

TS819 is a high performance coating for use as a decorative finish for SC901 and SC902 intumescent coating systems. It provides a tough, abrasion and chemically resistant finish with excellent colour fastness. As such, TS819 is an extremely durable, easily cleaned coating with minimal maintenance requirements and an extended redecoration cycle.
